Functional workflow
Member waiver
The custom plugin can display the waiver to an eligible signed-in member after WLPOA supplies approved wording and a version. It records consent with that version for staff review.

The plugin can track annual expiry and prepare renewal notices. Delivery requires an approved message, recipient routing and configured mail transport. Staff can review records in their scoped workspace.
